Model VH - 3000

The GUSMER Model VH-3000 is a uniquely versatile, variable ratio metering unit available either with a dual ratio model (DV) or single ratio model (SV) proportioning system. This hydraulically driven unit is designed to provide variable ratio proportioning for a wide range of polyurethane foams, elastomers, and other plural component systems and applications. It incorporates the proven principles of previous GUSMER designs along with technical innovations that have been specifically developed to produce variable ratio high pressure mixing and atomizing, temperature control, reliability and ease of maintenance.

Standard Features*

• Size >>> Available in 10, 15 and 20 horsepower sizes to accommodate a wide range of output requirements.
• Frame  >>> Welded tubular steel frame with integral steel hydraulic tank. The compact Gusmer open design format facilitates access for operation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Metering System  >>> The metering pumps are positive displacement double acting piston pumps with externally accessible ball checks for easy maintenance.
• Variable Ratio  >>> Ratio change is an easy mechanical adjustment of the Parallel Drive Pumping System.
• Shaft Seal Protection  >>> Gusmer's lube system provides grease reservoirs located at the top flange of each pump. This provides continual lubrication of the pump shaft thereby protecting the shaft seal cavity from hardened isocyanate.
• Primary Heating System  >>> Individual, 6000 watt, direct contact iso and polyol heaters produce efficient temperature control.
• Completely Mobile >>> The VH-3000 is equipped with quiet, ball bearing mounted wheels to facilitate on-site transportation and maneuvering.
