AR - C/D Spray Gun

Ideally suited for industrial cavity fill and field pouring applications, the AR - C/D Pour Gun was designed for pouring applications where low forward velocity and laminar flow of material is desired. A variety of impingers allow for the adjustment of outputs and operating pressures.

Standard Features*

• Solvent Free >>> The Model AR-C/D Gun, as with all Gusmer guns, features a mechanically self-cleaning valving rod assembly that purges all mixed material from the mixing areas at the end of each shot, eliminating costly and environmentally harmful, solvent flushing procedures.
• Internal Mixing >>> Internal impingement mixing insures complete homogeneous mixing of both components. this reduces overspray because impingement mixing forms larger size droplets resulting in more consistent spray pattern formation and reduced airborne particles.
• Resilient Valving Rod Sleeve >>> The valving rod has an elastic deformable surface that compresses at the throat to form a gasket like seal between the two components when the gun is off. Its resilient nature leads to extended like and simple field replacement.
• Two Position Stop >>> Provides a pour position for dispensing, and a service position to prevent inadvertent actuation of the gun.
• Multiple Finger Trigger >>> Minimizes operator fatigue by providing various positioning for the operator's hand.
• Hand Held >>> Eliminates the need for elaborate overhead suspension devices used to support the weight of heavy mixing heads.
