D Spray Gun

A mechanically self-cleaning spray gun which eliminates costly solvent flushing, the D Spray Gun is ideal for small to medium output applications, such as behind pipes or truck and trailer bodies. With a variety of mixing chamber sizes that allow the operator to fine tune the round spray pattern to suit virtually any application, the D Spray Gun is field proven as a reliable, lightweight  easy to operate and maintain high pressure spray gun.

• Solvent Free >>> The Model D Gun, as with all Gusmer guns, features a mechanically self-cleaning valving rod assembly that purges all mixed material from the mixing areas at the end of each shot, eliminating costly and environmentally harmful, solvent flushing procedures.
• Internal Mixing >>> Internal impingement mixing insures complete homogeneous mixing of both components. this reduces overspray because impingement mixing forms larger size droplets resulting in more consistent spray pattern formation and reduced airborne particles.
• Steel Air Cap >>> Case hardened steel air cap resists distortion of air outlet to insure proper tip-cleaning effect. Its round design neatly threads onto the tip of the mixing chamber.
• Seals >>> Metal to metal seals are incorporated between the gun block and check valve screws. The entire gun block may be cleaned and reassembled without having to replace the o-rings. A filter screen is incorporated into the gun block with a replaceable plastic washer.
• Finger-Tip Control >>> Grip mounted needle valve permits precise regulation of the air supply to the air cap.
• Lightweight >>> Total weight of gun is less than 3 lbs.
• Superb Balance >>> The entire gun assembly is engineered to maximize control, supply excellent balance, and reduce operator fatigue.
