Mini II Dispensing System

GlasCraft's Mini II, featuring the industry standard, automatic air purge Probler Gun, dispenses a maximum of 18 lbs.min of polyurethane foam. The Probler Gun, with a flat spray tip standard, is easy to use and maintain. Standard components of the Mini II include a 6 foot Whip Hose, a 50 foot heated Hose Assembly, with nylon protective sleeving, and two separate primary Heaters. The 4000 watt Heaters, featuring solid state controls, are used to lower materials viscosities. Two positive displacement pumps are connected to one five inch Air Motor to ensure the proper mixing pressure (1600 psi) and ratio (1:1). The Mini II requires approximately 20 minutes to install, and is equally easy to operate and maintain.
